- Fulk was born in 1226 in Merton Norfolk.

- Fulk was an English landowner and official under Henry III. He was a vassal of Robert FitzWalter and after the FitzWalters attempted to kill King John, Fulk was required to give his son to the King as a hostage. He still opposed the King after that.
- The surname Baynard was first found in Westmoreland where Sir Theophilus was granted lands by William the Conqueror for fighting at the Battle of Hastings. His son, Sir Dorbard, took the surname Baynard. His descendants settled at Acornbank in Westmoreland.
- In 1172, King Henry II took Robert Fritz Baynard with him to Ireland in the Invasion of Ireland. Robert Fritz Baynard is either the grandfather or great grandfather of Fulk.
- Fulk died in an unknown year in Merton, Norfolk.
