9th Generation: Jehoiakim Burghardt Sr.

  • Jehoiakim was born on July 1, 1752, in Loonenburg Greene, New York.

His brother Milbury served in the fourth regiment under Col James Holmes and Henry Livingston in the Revolutionary War.
  • Jehoiakim received a land grant in Ashtabula, Ohio, for his service in the Revolutionary War.
