• Edward was born on June 10, 1615, in Shropshire, England.
• He married Elinor before 1648, and they had 4 children together: Edward, Elinor, Cornelius (who we are descended from), and John.
• After Elinor died in 1655, Edward married three other ladies: Dorothy Holding (in 1656), Margary Stone (1678), and Frances Mason (1686).
• Edward immigrated to Maryland with three of his kids after 1656. He lived in Port Tobacco in Charles County. He was a physician and apothecary. He bought large land areas and grew tobacco. One of his properties later became the boyhood home of George Washington. Edward also served as Justice of the Peace.
• He died in 1694 (79 years old) in Stafford County, Virginia.

11th Generation: Elinor ?

• Elinor was born in Shropshire, England.
• She married Edward before 1648, and they had four children together:
  • Edward (1647-1690) (43 years old)
  • Elinor (1649-?)
  • Cornelius (who we are descended from) (1650-1706) (56 years old)
  • John (1653-1655) (2 years old) He died one week after his mom.
• Elinor died on February 5, 1655, in Shropshire, England.
