- Sarah was born on October 28, 1767, in Baltimore, Maryland.
- Her mother was her husband’s aunt.
- She married Lemuel on November 17, 1786, in Baltimore. They had eight children together:

- Sarah died on September 17, 1836, (69 years old) in Beardstown, Illinois.
